In 2022, Sofie Lindberg established Claim Your Potential with a mission to empower every young woman, overcoming systemic barriers and encouraging them to pursue their aspirations and foster positive change.
Through mentorship, youth leadership development, educational resources, and various other programs, we work tirelessly to fulfill our mission, striving to create a holistic empowerment experience for every young woman we serve.

National Youth Leadership Program
Claim Your Potential’s National Youth Leadership Program's mission is to empower young women who want to become leaders. Through this program, we are dedicated to building skillsets necessary for leadership, providing professional and personal guidance, and encouraging collaboration and engagement to empower the community.
The Empowered Women's Network
The Empowered Women’s Network is a mentorship program dedicated to supporting and empowering women in their personal and professional lives. By joining the network, members gain access to a range of benefits that contribute to their growth and success.
