Second Chance Center

At the Second Chance Center (SCC), we assist individuals in Colorado who were formerly incarcerated and justice-involved with a range of wrap-around services including care management, supportive housing, mental health counseling and career coaching. Specifically through the SCC’s Employment Opportunity Lab, we offer employment readiness classes, run pre-apprenticeship and other training programs and connect the client-partners we serve with fair chance employers ready to hire them.

1800
We project to serve 1800+ clients this calendar year and we estimate 1200+ of those will access employment-related support through the SCC's Employment Opportunity Lab.
