Ms. Natasha Byrd, CEO/Founder

Dream Teens Community Foundation Inc. (DTCF)

Natasha Byrd is a 46-year-old Atlanta native that has always made her presence known for serving in her community. She is the oldest of twelve siblings, in which she also assisted in rearing them at a young age. She graduated from Cross Keys High School and matriculated to Georgia State Community College where she studied Business Management.

Most of her adult life, Natasha worked in the recruiting and human resources fields where she provided jobs to those in our underserved communities by partnering with companies that provided second chances. She mentored several of her employees on resume writing, interview skills, and company culture in different job fields. While working in Human Resources at UPS, Natasha was promoted to District Community Relations of the UPS foundation for Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, where she had the privilege of partnering with hundreds of non-profits within the local communities to support their initiatives.

Natasha coached cheerleading for 25 years, in addition to mentoring her squad members who may have lacked support and resources. She is a doting grandmother to her 4-year-old grandson. However, for 21 years, she also reared three beautiful daughters as a single mother and is a beloved godmother to her niece.

Throughout her years of mentoring teens, assisting young adults with jobs, and partnering with our local non-profits, Natasha realized there was a special calling on her life to concentrate on our youth in the area of Education, Counseling, Health & Wellness, Life-Skills and Community Exposure. In 2022, these subjects have now become her Five Focus areas as the founder of the Dream Teens Community Foundation. Natasha is the woman behind the mission of DTCF, who has decided to take her life experiences and create an environment of equipping our youth with the knowledge and resources to prepare them for their futures.
