Dome Construction Foundation

The Dome Construction Foundation was established in 2019 to expand Dome Construction’s philanthropic efforts and to continue to engage and expose our employees to give back.

Through the Foundation, 3-4% of our net profit is donated to organizations that align with the Foundation's mission. We offer our employees the financial resources to support the organizations that matter most to them by donating to those organizations, matching up to $1,500 in donations a year, and donating $20 for every hour that employees volunteer, up to 75 hours a year.

The Dome Construction Foundation is committed to strengthening the foundation of the communities in which we live and work by improving their social, economic, and environmental well-being. We strive to inspire our employees and partners to integrate giving back and volunteering as part of their everyday lives.

We have 3 focus areas:

EMPLOYEE INSPIRED COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We support and partner with non-profit organizations that our employees are passionate about to engage our teams. This includes organizations who are focused on challenges around: community health and well-being, rebuilding and revitalizing, unhoused individuals and families, the environment, animal welfare, disease prevention, food banks, and Veteran support.

UNDERSERVED YOUTH

We support and partner with non-profit organizations that serve underprivileged, underrepresented, and underestimated youth. We work with organizations that provide internships, mentoring, and financial support to foster personal development and instill confidence.

DIVERSITY-EQUITY-INCLUSION

We support and partner with non-profit organizations focused on building a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable construction industry. We specifically focus on organizations supporting women, minorities, and workplace development programs.

At the heart of the Dome Construction Foundation is our Chairman Mark Bley. As an experienced leader and philanthropist, Mark has the head—and the heart—to lead the foundation to growing success. He joined Dome Construction in 1981 and served as President and CEO from 2008 to 2019.
