Marshmallow Animal Shelter

Marshmallow's story begins in 2006 with a pregnant Chocolate Lab named Cocoa. Cocoa was left abandoned in a home after her owners moved out. She was very pregnant, and in urgent need of somewhere to go. A group of people stepped up to rescue her & brought her to Detroit Lakes. Not much later she gave birth to 11 little Marshmallow's. Leading us to find our name, and also showed us how we can help other abandoned & homeless pets in our area.
