Open Avenues Foundation

We’re building a more inclusive and diverse U.S. workforce - driven by global talent.

At Open Avenues, we build pathways for foreign nationals to contribute to the United States' innovation economy and educate the future STEM workforce.

As a Moroccan woman, it is a blessing to work with Open Avenues as a Global Talent Fellow on our shared mission to empower under-represented student populations with the skills that drive a prosperous U.S. economy. By engaging students in my startup, I am promoting what remains the core of U.S. strength: diversity."

Global Talent Fellowship

The Global Talent Fellowship employs foreign national employees from high-growth STEM companies to educate traditionally underrepresented student populations in the U.S.

As Global Talent Fellows, foreign nationals are sponsored for a work visa and are able to continue to work for their full-time employers.

Industry Projects

We partner with universities to offer their students hands-on learning opportunities in STEM and Business fields.

Our Global Talent Fellows engage students in real business challenges that prepare them for STEM careers. We launch projects in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Biology.
