"The Hungarian American Cultural Association (HACA) is incorporated in Maryland as a tax

exempt Section 501(c) (3) corporation whose charter includes the following:

(1) Assist and encourage educational and cultural interaction

between the citizens of the United States and Hungary.

(2) To educate the public and foster interest and appreciation in

the United States for the history and culture of Hungary

including its literature, fine and performing arts, and

scientific achievements.

(3) To sponsor and support educational and cultural programs

relating to the foregoing purposes.

The Corporation is empowered to exercise all rights and duties
