Elizabeth is 86 years old and suffers from hypertension and diabetes. Since transportation in rural Kenya is limited, it can be very difficult for people to get medication and routine check-ups. Through our program, Operation Karibu, along with our medical Hubs, we are able to help those like Elizabeth receive the help they need.

Our program, Operation Karibu, has resulted in 100% healthy births for over 2,500 mothers and babies, increasing the rate of save delivery by as much as 260% in some Kenyan counties.
