Social Butterfly

Training the next generation of top business leaders – and instilling in them a strong and lasting connection to Israel.

Our apolitical and business-focused approach differentiates us and changes the conversation around Israel. Our students participate in experiential learning through the lens of Israel in the form of education, pro-bono consulting for Israeli companies, Israeli investment research, and on-the-ground internships in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

"On the fellowship, I developed a sense of persistence and tenacity so intrinsic to the Israeli ethos—I got my job after combing the lobbies of skyscrapers in the Azrieli center, sending blind emails to every firm whose website I could find, cold calling with the single company who responded, and taking a bus solo to Jerusalem for a Shabbat in the middle of nowhere...TAMID has played a critical role as I’ve attempted to establish myself as an advocate, investigative journalist, and leader in my current field."

-Eli Cahan, University of Michigan c/o 2015

TAMID on Campus

Now on 57 college campuses around the world, TAMID Group provides experiential education through the lens of Israel. All students participate in one semester of TAMID education, which teaches business basics through the Israeli economy. Students then can choose between the Fund and Consulting tracks. Fund students research, investigate, and pitch investments in Israeli companies, while Consulting students do hands-on Pro Bono consulting work for our Israeli company partners.

TAMID Fellowship

Each summer, members have the opportunity to spend eight weeks in Israel on our capstone internship experience. Living and working in Israel, our Fellows have the unique chance to experience the innovation of the Startup Nation firsthand. Fellows also learn about Israel’s dynamic economy by participating in speaking events and workshops with Israeli business leaders in high-tech, venture capital, private equity, asset management, and more.

TAMID Pro

TAMID members stay involved long after their college experience has come to an end. TAMID Pro is our community of post-college members, and allows former students to continue engaging with TAMID in various ways. Pro members mentor students, advise consulting and investing teams, and attend exciting events around the USA and Israel. TAMID's annual Pro Mission takes mid-career professionals to Israel for a week of meetings with Israeli executives, site-visits of Israeli companies, and collaboration with the current cohort of fellows.
