4Cs exists to develop and coordinate resources to strengthen families and children. We provide high quality programs that have a large and lasting effect on a child's education, foundation, well-being, and a family's abliity to become economically self-sufficient.We believe that every child deserves the best start in life. Since 1972, 4Cs has been offering a variety of free and low cost programs and services throughout Alameda County.
