THE PURPOSE OF ATAP IS TO PROVIDE A REFERRAL SERVICE FOR MEMBERS, RETIREES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS OF THE BUILDING TRADES UNIONS IN THE PHILADELPHIA AREA FOR MENTAL HEALTH, DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT.
